About the founder

Habit Hub was founded by Danny Clark, a wellbeing adviser at one of the UK’s leading independent schools and an MSc Health Psychology student at University College London (UCL). Danny also holds a BSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology.

Through his work supporting young people, alongside his academic research in health psychology, Danny observed a consistent challenge: many people understand the habits that could improve their wellbeing - such as drinking more water, moving more, reducing screen time, or taking regular breaks - yet turning those intentions into consistent daily actions can be difficult.

Habit Hub was created to bridge that gap.

Drawing on insights from behavioural science, psychology, and practical wellbeing experience, Habit Hub transforms simple habits into clear, achievable challenges that can be integrated into everyday life.

Rather than focusing on drastic changes or unrealistic goals, Habit Hub emphasises small, consistent actions that build momentum over time. These small habits gradually compound, helping people develop routines that support better mental health, physical wellbeing, and productivity.

Danny created Habit Hub with the aim of making habit building simpler, more accessible, and more enjoyable for everyone.
